REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
At LAPEAL, we want every piece you choose to feel precise and intentional.
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly assist you with a return or exchange — handled with the same care we put into every piece.
Service fees:
• Returns within the UAE — free of charge.
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear once the hygiene seal has been removed.
To request a return, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order at lapeal@lapeal-shop.com
Once your return is approved, we will arrange collection and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
